I was looking for some non-invasive treatments to address a couple of skin concerns and maintain my skin in top condition. After doing extensive research to find the best practitioner, I came across Dr. Benji Dhillon, founder of the Define Clinic, who came highly recommended. From the start, I felt completely comfortable and confident in his treatment recommendations. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results—they look incredibly natural. I had Botox treatment for the first time ever back in 2021, with Dr Teuta Berisha. I have since gone back twice for a top-up and will remain a loyal client of hers. I am very picky and (understandably) selective with my face, but Dr Berisha made me so comfortable and her attention to detail is to be praised. She is a perfectionist and really cares for her clients. I’m really pleased with the results. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I have been to the Define Clinic many times over the last few years and it is by far one of the best I have been to. Benji is the master of his craft and I am delighted with the natural results he has achieve with Botox and filler. Everything he does is to the highest of standards and I always feel in safe hands. Elena has magic hands and is super knowledgeable about the skin care. The Byonik laser facial is amazing, very relaxing and with great results my skin looked airbrushed afterwards.
