Amazing initial consultation with Dr Benji Dhilion, he has an amazing manner, knowledge and feel excited about the treatments booked in. I was also reviewed by Sonia the Skin specialist, who equally was great, she helped guide me with the right treatment plan and skincare. Would highly recommended booking an appointment.

I cannot recommend Dr Elina Kovalenko enough!! I have been suffering with severe hyperpigmentation and she has achieved an absolutely incredible transformation. 🙏🏼✨🙏🏼 My skin is far more even in skin tone, the discoloration has been hugely reduced, everything is far more supple and vibrant looking. I don't even recognize myself in previous photos as the change is that significant! I'm beyond thankful for all of Dr Elina Kovalenko's expertise and guidance as without it I would have been utterly lost. 5/5 I saw Dr Elina today at the London clinic. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me formulate a skincare plan targeted to my specific needs. She had an excellent approach and understood all my concerns. I have full trust in her and will definitely be coming back to see her. I highly recommend her as a practitioner.

Five stars! The hygiene at Define Clinic London is immaculate, the calming ambiance made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The staff were professional and knowledgeable, guiding me through a quick microneedling treatment that delivered visible results. I heard of Define Clinic through my workplace after they came and introduced their new clinic opening in Fitzrovia. I’ve always been interested in aesthetics and injectables but I find the market so oversaturated and it’s almost impossible to find a practitioner that you can trust and for the right price too. I had my initial consultation with Dr Arreni for hyperpigmentation and under eye hollowness and she had a thorough chat with me about my skin goals and what she would suggest. We did a skin scan and she made a treatment plan for me which was emailed with pricing. The clinic also offers 0% financing which was great. I never felt like I was being pushed to buy anything and she was honest about expectations and told me what I would see with what treatment I would get. I decided to start with tear trough filler as that was my biggest concern and my appointment with Dr Arreni was smooth and pain free. She was extremely friendly and kind and made me feel at ease and I am overjoyed with the result. I feel like I can really trust her and her expertise as a skilled doctor and I will most likely keep this as my clinic of choice for all other treatments I would want in the future.
