How quickly will I see results in my lips from dermal fillers?
Immediately after treatment.
Is there any downtime with dermal lip fillers?
No, you can continue with your working day as normal straight after your treatment.
How long will dermal fillers last in my lips?
You can expect your results to last up to four months. After this time, it’s not uncommon for patients to return for a top-up treatment.
Are there any after effects or side effects with dermal lip fillers?
Usually not. If you experience any minor swelling or bruising, this will subside after a day or so.
Will dermal fillers hurt my lips?
No. Though, if you’d like us to, we can apply numbing cream to make doubly sure you don’t experience any pain.
How long does treatment with dermal lip fillers take?
Less than an hour. Usually around 30 to 45 minutes, depending on how much filler we need to apply.

I was booked to see Benji 4 weeks ago but he was unwell. Instead I saw Jude, the aesthetic Nurse at Define. She immediately put me at ease, gave me her professional advice and I proceeded with 3mls of dermal filler. I came back today for review and she added a little tweak at my request. It finished my results of perfectly. Jude is as highly qualified as you can be for an aesthetic nurse, she has a calm, reassuring and professional approach. Her hands are literally magic not only regarding results but also how comfortable the procedure was. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Thank you :-)

I saw Dr Arreni recently for fillers and Botox and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Perfectly natural, exactly what I wanted. I was nervous never having filler before but Dr Arreni immediately put me at ease and talked me through everything. I 100% trusted her judgement and she gave me everything I was hoping for, would definitely recommend and wouldnt go anywhere else now!

I had my lips done at this clinic with Dr Teuta and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr Teuta put me at ease straight away. She took the time to explain the whole procedure clearly, talked me through what to expect, and answered all my questions before we got started, which made me feel confident and well looked after. The results are exactly what I hoped for — natural-looking and beautifully done. I never once felt rushed, and the whole process felt professional from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering lip filler and will be back again myself!

I heard of Define Clinic through my workplace after they came and introduced their new clinic opening in Fitzrovia. I’ve always been interested in aesthetics and injectables but I find the market so oversaturated and it’s almost impossible to find a practitioner that you can trust and for the right price too. I had my initial consultation with Dr Arreni for hyperpigmentation and under eye hollowness and she had a thorough chat with me about my skin goals and what she would suggest. We did a skin scan and she made a treatment plan for me which was emailed with pricing. The clinic also offers 0% financing which was great. I never felt like I was being pushed to buy anything and she was honest about expectations and told me what I would see with what treatment I would get. I decided to start with tear trough filler as that was my biggest concern and my appointment with Dr Arreni was smooth and pain free. She was extremely friendly and kind and made me feel at ease and I am overjoyed with the result. I feel like I can really trust her and her expertise as a skilled doctor and I will most likely keep this as my clinic of choice for all other treatments I would want in the future.

I went to see Dr Arreni for lip filler - I was really nervous, as I had my lips dissolved after 9 years, and was starting from scratch essentially. I knew what I wanted/didn’t want, and Dr Arreni understood the vision promptly and to the T! The results have been the best I’ve ever seen! My lips look so natural, yet with so much definition and volume. She’s brought my confidence back, making sure I enhance my lips as opposed to change them altogether. I can’t recommend Dr Arreni enough! The entire clinic was so pleasant, clean and the team were so friendly! Definitely recommend Define/Dr Arreni!

Dr Arreni, is truly amazing, she always provides the right advise and always starts with a small dosage of botox or filler to ensure a natural look, which is what I prefer. She always listens and advises according. I received masseter Botox treatment at Define Clinic with a friend a few months ago with Dr Teuta Berisha, and could not be happier with the results, service and care! Although I had read up on my treatment before coming to the clinic, Dr Berisha took the time to let me ask questions and inform me on the procedure, properly examine my face and ask about my previous medical history. I had also booked lip filler treatment, but was given honest advice by Dr Berisha, kindly advising to wait a few more months. The team also contacted me frequently for post-treatment care and top-ups. The amazing bedside manners and exceptional service and care provided by Define clinic are incomparable with most clinics in central London, where I’d travelled from. Will definitely be a frequent patient and recommend to everyone.
