Microneedling in Beaconsfield
Collagen induction therapy for acne scarring, pigmentation, and skin texture.
Microneedling at Define Clinic
Dr Benji Dhillon leads Define Clinic’s Beaconsfield practice, where microneedling is used to treat acne scars, pigmentation, fine lines, uneven texture, and stretch marks.
We use clinical-grade microneedling devices with adjustable needle depth. Different areas and concerns require different penetration depths. This is not the same as at-home dermarolling, and the difference shows in the results.
Treatment starts from £295. Trained clinical practitioners carry out all sessions.

Equipment That Goes Deeper
Our microneedling devices allow precise adjustment of needle depth per area. A practitioner treating acne scarring on the cheek sets a different depth to treating the under-eye area. That precision shapes the result.
A Course Built Around You
The number of sessions, spacing, needle depth, and whether to combine with PRP or skin boosters are all decided based on your skin at consultation.
Supervised by Dr Benji Dhillon
All microneedling at Define Clinic Beaconsfield is carried out by trained practitioners working under Dr Benji Dhillon’s clinical oversight.
Accessible Location
Our Beaconsfield clinic is easily accessible from the M40, the Chiltern Line, and across South Bucks, Hertfordshire, and the Thames Valley. A course of microneedling requires multiple sessions, so a convenient clinic matters.
BOOK YOUR CONSULTATIONWhat We Use Microneedling for
Post-Acne Scarring
Rolling and boxcar scars respond well to microneedling. The treatment breaks down fibrous scar tissue and stimulates the production of new collagen. A course of sessions spaced four to six weeks apart typically produces the most meaningful improvement.
Lines and Early Skin Ageing
Microneedling boosts collagen production in the areas treated, improving skin thickness and reducing fine lines. Works well on its own and can be combined with skin boosters or anti-wrinkle injections for more comprehensive results.
Uneven Tone and Pigmentation
Treatment encourages skin cell turnover and helps break down excess melanin deposits. Effective for post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and melasma. High SPF is essential during and after a course of treatment.
Rough Texture and Open Pores
Rough texture, congested skin, and visibly enlarged pores all improve with treatment. The collagen produced during healing thickens and smooths the dermis over time.
Stretch Marks on the Body
Stimulates collagen and elastin in the affected area. Results are gradual but meaningful, particularly for mature stretch marks. Multiple sessions are usually required.
Skin That Has Lost Its Glow
Patients whose skin looks flat, tired, or has lost radiance often use microneedling as a reset. Combining with skin boosters or PRP amplifies the result.
