Dr Dhillon graduated from King’s College London and became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2009. He went on to run Allergan’s clinical work across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and he sits on Tatler’s Favourite UK Injectors list. Every clinician here was picked by him and taught his method, which is the short answer to why the same consultation gets you the same answer whichever building you happen to be standing in. And if a treatment isn’t right for you, someone will say so out loud.

These aren’t franchises and they aren’t a chain. The same medical team works across both sites, writing into the same records, so being assessed in one place and treated in the other is a scheduling question rather than a clinical one. Nobody starts again. Nobody explains their history twice. If your diary moves, or your life does, the plan moves with you. It sounds like a small thing right up until it’s you, halfway through a course, changing jobs.

WHAT DOESN’T CHANGE
The assessment comes first at both. The clinician who assesses you is the one who treats you at both. Neither of those is negotiable.
Every appointment starts with an examination, wherever you have it. Nothing gets booked in before somebody has looked at you properly, and the person who assesses you is the person who carries out the treatment. Consultations run long enough to say no, or to say not yet, and both of those happen more often than people expect them to. That’s the same in either building, because it’s the method rather than the venue.
WHAT DOES CHANGE
Some of the larger machines live at one clinic rather than both. Everything else runs at either.
Injectables travel. Lasers and body devices are capital equipment, and a few of them sit at one site only. So if the treatment you’re after depends on a particular machine, its page will tell you where that machine lives, and the booking team will tell you if you’d rather just ask. It’s the one honest caveat on this page, and it’s better said here than discovered on the day.
YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
The first appointment is a conversation and an examination. It isn’t a treatment, and it isn’t a sales pitch either.
You’ll be asked what’s bothering you, in your own words. Then someone looks properly, and works out whether the thing you named is actually the thing that needs treating. Often it isn’t. You’ll leave with a plan, a clear sense of what it involves, and a straight answer about whether it’s worth doing. Some people leave with nothing booked at all, and that’s a normal outcome rather than a failed appointment.
BOOK A CONSULTATIONFor most treatments, no. Pick whichever is easier to reach. For a handful of the larger devices it does matter, and the treatment page will say so rather than leaving you to find out.
Yes, and mid-course if you need to. The notes are shared, so the clinician at the other site opens the same file rather than a blank one.

I cannot recommend Dr Elina Kovalenko enough!!
