Facial Aesthetics Treatments
Injectables, fillers, and non-surgical lifting for the face, planned by a doctor after an assessment rather than chosen from a list.
Our Approach to Facial Aesthetics
Facial aesthetics is the part of the Define Clinic menu that treats the face as a whole: lines, volume, shape, firmness, proportion. Not a single treatment. A set of tools, chosen after a doctor has looked at your face and listened to what’s actually bothering you.
Dr Benji Dhillon and the medical team assess first: anatomy, skin quality, and facial movement when you talk. Only then does a plan get written, and it’s often a smaller plan than people expect.
The approach is restrained. Non-surgical facial treatments should read as you, rested. Not as work that’s been done. That means saying no to some requests, spreading others over months rather than one afternoon, and being straight about what injectables and devices can and cannot change.
Facial treatments are available at both clinics:
London BeaconsfieldFind the Right Treatment for Your Concern
Most people arrive with a concern, not a treatment name. Find yours below, then read the page it points to.
- Lines that appear when you frown, smile or raise your brows: anti-wrinkle injections
- Lines that stay put when your face is still: dermal fillers or polynucleotides for finer crepey lines
- Flat cheeks, a face that has lost its structure: cheek fillers or Sculptra
- A chin that sits back from the profile, a jawline that has softened: chin fillers, jawline fillers
- Thin lips, or lips you would like better defined: lip fillers
- Hollow, shadowed under-eyes: tear-trough fillers
- A bump, droop or asymmetry in the nose, without surgery: non-surgical rhinoplasty
- Skin loosening along the jaw and neck: HIFU
- A double chin that won’t shift with diet or training: fat-dissolving injections
- Tone and texture rather than shape: skin rejuvenation
Not sure which one you are? That’s what the consultation is for. Bring the concern. We’ll do the diagnosing.
Facial Treatments at Define Clinic
We offer a variety of facial treatments at our clinic
Anti-Wrinkle Injections
A prescription treatment that softens the lines your expressions create across the forehead, frown and eyes. Prescribed only after a face-to-face medical assessment.
Dermal Fillers
Hyaluronic acid gels that restore volume and refine shape where the face has lost support. The area pages below go deeper.
Lip Enhancement
Shape, hydration and definition, sized to your face rather than to a trend. Conservative volumes, built up over sessions where that’s the right call.
Cheek Enhancement
Support and lift through the mid-face, placed to rebuild structure rather than add width. Small volumes, judged against the rest of the face.
Chin Enhancement
Projection and balance for a chin that sits back from the profile. A small change here reads across the whole side view.
Jaw Enhancement
Definition along a jaw that has softened or blurred with age. Planned alongside the chin, because the two read as one line.
Define Eye Refresh
Our assessment-first approach to the tired, shadowed under-eye. One of the most technique-sensitive areas on the face, and it doesn’t suit everyone.
Non Surgical Rhinoplasty
Nose filler is used to smooth a bump, lift the tip or straighten an outline, without surgery. A high-risk area, so a doctor does it.
Polynucleotides
Injectable repair aimed at skin quality rather than volume, for thin or crepey areas. Often used around the eyes and across the lower face.
Profhilo
A spreadable hyaluronic acid that hydrates and firms rather than shaping or filling. Usually a short course, then a top-up.
HIFU
Focused ultrasound that reaches the deeper support layers to tighten and lift, with no needles and little to no recovery time for most people. Suited to mild or moderate laxity.
Liquid Facelift
A full-face injectable plan rather than a single area, mapped across the cheeks, jaw and chin in one sitting.
The Non-Surgical Facelift
Combination planning that pairs energy devices with injectables over a course of months. For faces where a single treatment won’t hold.
Why Define Clinic
The face menu here is deliberately short. Every treatment on it has earned its place in daily use, and the ones that didn’t hold up aren’t on it.
Dr Benji Dhillon leads the medical team, and the clinician who assesses you is the clinician who treats you. Consultations run long enough to say no or not yet, which happens more often than people expect.
Both clinics follow the same protocols and notes, so a plan started at one can be picked up at the other.

One relaxes the muscle, the other adds volume. Anti-wrinkle injections soften the lines your expressions create. Fillers restore support and shape where tissue has thinned or dropped. Plenty of plans use both, in small amounts, for different jobs.
BOOK NOWYes. Injectables require a medical assessment, and a prescription cannot legally be issued without one. It's also where we work out whether the treatment you asked for is the treatment you need.
Start with the concern, not the product. The list further up points you at the likely answer, and the consultation confirms it. Sometimes the answer is a combination. Sometimes it's better skincare and a review in six months.
That's the fear almost everyone brings, and it's a fair one. We dose conservatively, work in stages and review at two weeks. The aim is that nothing announces itself.
Talk It Through First
We’ll work out the treatment, or tell you that you don’t need one yet.
