Treatment Areas
Forehead Lines
Horizontal lines across the forehead. Treatment here requires careful dosing. Over-treating causes brow heaviness and a flat expression. We err on the side of less.
Frown Lines
The vertical lines between the brows, sometimes called the 11s. One of the most commonly treated areas.
Crow’s Feet
Fine lines from the outer corners of the eyes. Softened at rest while preserving natural movement.
Brow Lift
A small amount placed precisely below the brow tail produces a subtle lift, opening the eye area without surgery.
Bunny Lines
Scrunch lines across the upper nose that appear on movement. Increasingly requested by patients who’ve been treated for the forehead and frown, and notice these secondary lines more.
Lip Flip and Smoker’s Lines
The lip flip gives the upper lip a slightly more defined appearance without volume. For smoker’s lines, treatment reduces the puckering action that causes them.

What to Expect
Consultation
Our team assesses your face, discusses your concerns, and agrees on a treatment plan. If you have never had this treatment before, they will explain what the result will look and feel like. No obligation to proceed.
Treatment
20 to 30 minutes. Fine needle injections. Mild sting at each point, lasting a second or two. Numbing cream is available if preferred.
After Treatment
Return to normal activities immediately. Avoid lying flat, vigorous exercise, and facial massage for 24 hours. Written aftercare instructions provided.
Results
Initial effects show within two to five days. Full results at 10 to 14 days. A review appointment can be arranged if any top-up is needed. Results last three to four months.

Is there any downtime?
No. Mild redness at injection sites settles within a few hours. You can carry on with your day immediately.
Will people know I've had treatment?
Not if done well. Most patients find that people comment on how well they look rather than guess they've had a treatment.
How long do results last?
Three to four months on average. Regular treatment over time can slightly extend this, as the muscles soften with repeated relaxation.

This was my first time ever getting any cosmetic procedure done, and I’m so glad I chose to have this experience done at define with Rosie. Going into my appointment, I was feeling a little apprehensive as to how my results were going to turn out. I just wanted something to help get rid of a few lines on my forehead without anyone noticing that I had anything done. Rosie took all of my points into consideration and she exceeded my expectations. Not only did she try to calm my nerves by bringing me water and making sure my experience was enjoyable, she also made sure that I was completely comfortable with everything she was doing and she made sure that I had all the knowledge I needed before I continued with the procedure.
One thing I will say about define, it’s a little on the pricier side however, it is worth every penny. You are paying for quality and good results!

I had Botox treatment for the first time ever back in 2021, with Dr Teuta Berisha. I have since gone back twice for a top-up and will remain a loyal client of hers.
