The Procedure
Every HALO® treatment at Define Clinic begins with a detailed skin consultation. This allows us to assess your skin health, understand your concerns and design a personalised treatment plan.
On the day of your procedure, a topical anaesthetic is applied to maximise comfort. The treatment itself typically takes between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the areas being treated. During the procedure, the Sciton HALO® handpiece delivers precise laser energy across the skin in a controlled, uniform manner.
Following treatment, the skin may appear warm and flushed, similar to a mild sunburn. Over the next few days, you may notice light swelling and a sandpaper-like texture as the skin begins its renewal process. I cannot recommend Dr Elina Kovalenko enough!! I have been suffering with severe hyperpigmentation and she has achieved an absolutely incredible transformation. 🙏🏼✨🙏🏼 My skin is far more even in skin tone, the discoloration has been hugely reduced, everything is far more supple and vibrant looking.
