Cancellation Policy

We request 2 business days’ notice to reschedule an appointment under 90 minutes in length.

This extends to five business days for appointments of any length with our specialist and referral dentists, or for any appointments of 90 minutes or more. A fee may be applicable for any missed appointments or late cancellations equivalent to the treatment cost for that booking.

Complaints

Here at Define Clinic we take complaints very seriously and if you are not satisfied with our service in the first instance please contact our Clinic Manager, by calling 01494 932700, or email info@defineclinic.com. You can also send your concerns in writing to the manager at Define Clinic, Wendover House, 24 London End, Beaconsfield, HP9 2JH.

We aim to respond to all complaints within seven working days. If you are not happy with the response you receive, we will involve one of the senior partners, if you are still unhappy after their response, you can contact the dental complaints service below:
