From 2008 to 2021, Dr. Brazzini worked in the NHS as a locum consultant, treating patients in the Dermatology Departments at Charing Cross, Hammersmith, and Ealing Hospitals in London.

During her NHS tenure, she developed expertise in general dermatology, dermatologic surgery (including MOHS), skin cancer care, acne and acne scarring, rosacea, pigmentation disorders, hypertrophic scars and keloids, and chemical peels.

She introduced advanced treatments into the private clinics including microneedling and tranexamic acid injections for melasma. She is also a specialist in using Cryoshape (intralesional cryotherapy) for keloid treatment. Dr. Brazzini began laser training in 2000 and has extensive experience with various laser technologies. Additionally, she co-founded Kivu Skincare, a brand dedicated to products for sensitive, rosacea, and acne-prone skin.
